18th masked ball in the Bloischdorf museum barn

On Saturday, 15 February 2025, the 18th traditional masked ball of the Lower Lusatian Sorbian Museum Village Association will take place in the heated museum barn in Bloischdorf. We have once again retracted the false ceiling to keep it warm. We are expecting numerous masks, which will be presented by our mask leader Rüdiger Budek, and a cheerful audience. Admission is from 18:30, start at 19:00. The masks are expected between 19:00 and 20:30. The masks must not reveal themselves until the unmasking. The audience then chooses the most beautiful and original disguises and awards prizes. The unmasking takes place at around 21:30. The service team of the museum association and its helpers will provide refreshments. If temperatures exceed minus 15 degrees, the masked ball will be cancelled as we cannot guarantee heating in this case.
