Eating and drinking keeps body and soul together - about stockpiling and meal sequence in the Dissen Museum of Local History

The children are given a guided tour of the museum on the topic of "Nutrition in earlier times". They learn about dishes and food sequences at festivals and can make butter and herb curd themselves. The children collect herbs and process them into herb curd. They are allowed to churn their own butter and eat it with fresh bread.

The programme takes place indoors and outdoors and is aimed at pre-school children up to grade 12.
