As part of the workshop, the production of herbal schnapps from various wild and medicinal herbs will be discussed. A short introduction to the topic is followed by a herbal walk with the herbalist, during which participants will learn about bitter herbs and how to process them. Participants are asked to bring empty jam jars so that they can take samples with them. Friday, 31 May 2024
