It has already become a tradition that the Drebkau Easter egg market is all about the Sorbian Easter egg. Easter eggs decorated using wax batik, wax embossing, scratching and etching techniques are exhibited and offered for sale. The market is complemented by an exhibition of folk art objects that are used in Easter customs. Visitors can look over the artists' shoulders as they decorate and design the Easter eggs or try their hand at the Easter egg painting workshop.
Our Easter café invites you to enjoy coffee and home-baked pancakes. Whether big or small, everyone can test their skills on the Walei.
In the inner courtyard of the museum, shops invite you to the subsequent Easter market.
