Easter egg decorating for adults only

Especially for adults only, the Dissen Museum of Local History offers courses to learn the wax reserve technique. This involves applying dabs of wax to an egg with a needle and quill and then colouring it. You not only gain an insight into the technique of decorating Easter eggs, but also into the secrets of the ornaments and symbolism of Sorbian Easter eggs. Please bring your own eggs, hard boiled or blown out.
