Cottbus on rails

The "Super Rail Year 2024" is the occasion for the new major special exhibition at the Cottbus City Museum. Small highlights are thrown on almost all rail-bound vehicle types in the city of Cottbus. The focus is on Deutsche Bahn's "New Plant", the new CottbusVerkehr trams and the park railway. But of course the Spreewald railway and the diverse field of activity of model railways are not to be missed. Together with many committed people, we have succeeded in making the exhibition a moving look at the railway, tramway and park railway. It offers the opportunity for remembrance and exchange, because the railway is there above all for the people who work with it or are moved by it. It is an important part of the history, present and future of our city.
