As part of the "Cooking with wild herbs" event, there will be a short herb walk through the Epoch Garden with Karin Bürger. The wild herbs will be identified and their use and effects explained. Afterwards, the participants, divided into groups, collect herbs themselves. This is done using the collection lists provided. The wild herbs are then prepared and eaten together at a wild herb dinner. The event also includes a presentation of recipes that can be cooked.
The date is Saturday, 4 May 2024, starting at 15:00 and ending at 19:00. The cost is €19.00 and includes the ingredients and the dinner afterwards.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 15 people.
