The forest fairy, an amber tree and, of course, a new bench now characterise the new face of the Sängerbank area in the Euloer Bruch. Today, members of the museum association completed the final work. They were supported by employees of the Engwicht nursery, who expertly carried out the tree planting. THANK YOU for that! But many, many more Forster residents contributed to the success of the project. As public funds (participatory budget) were not approved, the museum association developed a fundraising campaign, which was primarily intended to raise the artist's fee for the sculptor Ryszard Zając from Klein Jamno. The willingness to donate was overwhelming. A list of donors is hanging on the choir bench and is also available here. So, come by, try out the QR codes on the sign and give the tree 1-2 buckets of water. You will find a white bucket of water hidden away. And one more thing ... don't try out the bench until next week. The foundation still needs to harden a little. There will then be a small inauguration ceremony at the beginning of September.
