The Peitz Ironworks and Fisheries Museum houses a historical collection of clamp cake irons. Following an original recipe handed down around 1900, the delicious clamp cakes are baked with the help of a clamp cake iron in the cupola oven in the museum's blast furnace hall.
The offer takes place indoors and is aimed at all age groups.
